Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 4-6 business days. We give our best to pack your order as soon as possible. Most of orders will arrive within 12 business days. Counting from the date when the order is dispatched. We advise you to wait up to 30 days for delivery. Sometimes might not be possible to pack and ship your order right away. We ask for your understanding :)
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes

Damages
www.holmsshop.bigcartel.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Packaging of the Artwork
Large paintings or prints (unstretched and unframed) will be shipped in a shipping mail tube in order to prevent the artwork from damage during the shipping.
